Sue Liesegang is a life-long learner and educator. Her first career was as a corporate operations and training executive, followed by 15 years in an elementary special education practice. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Education. In 2018, Sue established SOAR Consulting LLC and she continues to stay active with her signature work, SOAR (Sharing Our Acceptance and Respect) in homes, schools and businesses. Tatiana Osorio holds a B.S. in International Business/Spanish from High Point University in North Carolina. She spent 3 years in New York City working for ORC International and BNY Mellon before moving to San Diego in 2015 to begin her work in education. She currently serves as the operations and design manager for an innovative PK-12 public school reaching underserved students and their families. Tatiana is passionate about helping children and families use techniques to create homes where dignity and mutual respect flourish, and works with both English and Spanish speaking parents. She and her husband live in San Marcos, CA.
